Any organization wishing to schedule the Depot Meeting Room must follow these instructions:

• Check that the date/time/meeting time period is available by reviewing the calendar.
• Go to the facility use the information and cost website, and read the information.
• Download and read the facility use policy. 
• Download the facility use application disclaimer. 
• Verify that your request is correctly shown on the calendar as Tentative. If not shown within 48 hours, send a notification to this email address.
• Submit the completed form to the email address. You will be contacted by a depot representative where the form can be turned in.
• After the form is approved, the status of your reservation will be changed and the word "Tentative" will be removed from the Calendar and you will be notified. You will also be provided with the combination of the LockBox to access the key.

• If there are any changes or if you need to cancel, please notify the depot  ASAP through this email address.
