Send an email to MeetingRoom@avmrc.com that includes organization name, date, time, and time period of requested use as well as email and contact phone number of requestor to get a tentative reservation to hold your time.
Verify that your request is correctly shown on the calendar as Tentative. If not shown within 48 hours, send notification to above email address.
Submit the required form fully filled in to the city. You will be contacted by a city representative where the form can be turned in.
After form is approved, the status of your reservation will be changed and the word "Tentative" will be removed from the Calendar and you will be notified. You will also be provided with the combination of the LockBox to access the key. THIS IS NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE.
If there are any changes or if you cancel, notify the RR Club and the city ASAP through the email address above.
